In today's digital landscape, cybersecurity is of the utmost importance for any company, especially for software developers who increasingly face threats from malicious code and security vulnerabilities. This is where the CONSOLE project, funded by the European Union, comes into play. Its goal is to develop a cutting-edge cybersecurity platform specifically designed for software developers, ensuring that the software created is robust, secure, and free from vulnerabilities.

As part of this innovative initiative, we, the Ringhel Team, use our product PROCESIO, the no-code/low-code technology that streamlines business processes and orchestrates workflows digitally. We are pleased to be one of the three pilot SMEs involved in the project's Cloud Automation use case, marking our first experience working within an international consortium on a European project. This collaborative environment allows us to learn from one another and refine our approach to cybersecurity in software development.

Addressing Cybersecurity Needs.

Our participation in the CONSOLE project stems from recognising the need for effective cybersecurity tools within our operations. We aim to implement automated code scanning capabilities to detect malicious code, identify compliance with software writing standards, and flag potentially unsafe code sourced from external libraries. By proactively addressing these challenges, we can enhance the security and integrity of the software we develop.

Contributing to the CONSOLE Architecture.

As we move forward in this exciting venture, we have contributed to the initial architecture of the CONSOLE platform by defining user and technical requirements. It’s crucial for us at Ringhel, as well as for all our technical collaborators, to create safe software solutions. The feedback from our numerous partners has been invaluable, and many have actively participated by providing insights through surveys to help us build a comprehensive platform that meets industry needs. 

Nearing Our First Milestone.

We are on the verge of our first deliverable and are thrilled to report that the effort has been very successful thus far. The collaborative spirit within the consortium, combined with PROCESIO's innovative capabilities, positions us well for achieving our goals in cybersecurity.
