PROCESIO is an automation and orchestration platform, built in Romania by Ringhel Team SRL. It sits in the middle ground. More than a basic no-code setup can carry, and less than the budget and dedicated integration team an enterprise suite assumes.
The situation it addresses is a common one. A company automates a few things early on. Then the volume grows, the logic turns more conditional, exceptions accumulate, and the early workarounds become maintenance of their own. That is the stage PROCESIO is built for.
On the build side, it provides 200+ ready-made nodes on a drag-and-drop canvas. Where the logic needs more than the nodes cover, you write code directly in the flow, in JavaScript, C# or Python. A visual tool does not cap what a developer can express.
For integration, it connects to APIs, databases, AI and RAG systems, files and legacy systems. The wiring is done through built-in connectors, REST, webhooks and an SDK. The model is orchestration rather than replacement: existing systems stay in place and get coordinated, instead of being rebuilt.
It also handles the human and document parts of a process. You can insert approval steps where a person has to decide. Documents come out as PDF or DOCX, with electronic signing.
Deployment is flexible. It runs in the cloud, in a hybrid setup, or entirely on your own servers, with data kept inside your environment. The platform is ISO certified, and a typical implementation reaches production in days rather than months.
