Applications must be submitted exclusively via the official project website: www.consoleproject.eu.

The application process consists of four required parts:

1. Part A – Administrative Eligibility Form

   • Completed online.

   • Includes organisation details, VAT number, turnover, number of employees, SME ownership, and main contact information.

2. Part B – Technical Proposal (max. 12 pages, PDF upload)

   • Section 1 – Excellence (6 pages): Validation scenario, technologies used, coding practices, and contribution to CONSOLE objectives.

   • Section 2 – Impact (3 pages): KPIs, expected cybersecurity improvements, dissemination strategy.

   • Section 3 – Implementation (3 pages): Work plan, milestones, expertise, risks and mitigation, resource justification.

3. Legal Entity Form (annexe).

4. Declaration of Honour (annexe, signed).

Applications must respect strict formatting rules (Arial 11 pt, line spacing 1.15, 2.5 cm margins). Content beyond page 12 in Part B will not be evaluated.

Late, incomplete, or non-compliant submissions will be rejected automatically.
